About a 1-day sail in pretty excellent conditions. San Pedro&#8217;s tricky, because you have to go in through a cut in the barrier reef. We made it in with no problemo, and dropped anchor. When we anchored there, San Pedro didn&#8217;t look like all that much that would interest us, to be honest. Little did we know that we&#8217;d be there for the next 3 weeks and pretty much love every day of it&#8230; <a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.theandiamo.com\/images\/belize\/BelizeSanPedroStreet1.JPG\" alt=\" A shot of Front Street in San Pedro. \" title=\"A shot of Front Street in San Pedro. No real paved streets and everyone pretty much drives golf carts around. They joined us for sundowners a couple of times, and hung out with us. They have a huge american flag beach towel hanging on the wall behind me one time when we ate, thus setting up this very patriotic shot, I suppose. I docked the boat there while Eric and Greg were visiting to make moving around easy for everybody. They got to know us by the pool, and ended up hanging out with us through the holidays. There was plenty of sea life right off the dock! Including stingrays, all kinds of fish and dolphins. It was cool not having to go any further than the dock to see some cool sea life. This ended up being a wonderful night, afterwards we went into town and partied and danced until something like 4 AM.
