And Andiamo is the proud sponsor of the Carti Yandup island team, where First Mate Dino\u2019s son Rey plays as forward. With lots of hard work and tough competition, we were able to cheer them on all the way to the finals.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The final, which against the eternal rivals of neighboring island Cart\u00ec Sugdup, took place in a very muddy field by the old Carti airport. It was a serious problem for the boys to control the ball and maneuver the game. The result was more similar to a rugby match than a soccer match.<\/p>\n<p>The score stayed at 0-0 during regulation time. Only the penalty kicks determined that Cart\u00ec Sugdup was to win the cup.<\/p>\n<p>After the initial sadness, the Yantupu boys took the defeat in stride. Second place was definitely something to be proud of. Afterwards and for the rest of the day a great party took place on the island. With the whole village cheering the boys for their hard work, shouting, &#8220;Yandup!
